2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital marketing services, consulting, and strategy implementation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once services have been provided or initiated.

We encourage prospective clients to book a free strategy call before purchasing to ensure our services align with their needs. If you have any concerns or questions about our offerings, please contact us before making a purchase.

3. Service Adjustments & Satisfaction

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to providing the highest level of service. If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us to discuss potential adjustments or improvements to your campaign.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • If a payment was accidentally duplicated due to a technical issue.
  • If a service was not delivered as agreed upon in writing.

Refund requests under these conditions must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment by emailing billing@bloom10x.com. Approval of any refund is at our sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute it and provide evidence of service delivery. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of any ongoing services.
